Start your morning with intention and energy at this special Morning Activation session hosted by Natalie from Swthz. You'll begin with a gentle yoga flow to warm up your body and clear your mind, followed by an optional cold plunge experience to reset and recharge. 🧘‍♀️ All levels welcome for yoga ❄️ Cold plunge available for those ready to embrace the chill COLD PLUNGE What to Expect: - Start slow and build your tolerance - Focus on deep, steady breaths - First-timers: aim for two minutes in the plunge What to Bring: - Lightweight swimwear or quick-dry activewear - Dry clothes for after your plunge - A towel Benefits of Cold Plunge: - Reduces inflammation - Supports muscle recovery - Releases endorphins - Relieves pain - Increases energy and alertness - Reduces DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and swelling - Decreases cortisol - Boosts metabolism Whether you're looking to reset your body, refresh your mind, or simply try something new, this is your invitation to activate your day with purpose.

Cancellation Policy

Residents may cancel their booking up to 12 hours before the session start time. New bookings close 12 hours before each session begins, so be sure to sign up early. If a session is full, you can join the waitlist via the Wix Members App. If a spot opens, you’ll have 10 minutes to claim it. In the event of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled, and all participants will be notified by email and via the resident portal. We appreciate your participation and flexibility as we grow our wellness offerings for the community!
