What We Offer
Our school accountability programs are designed to provide meaningful, restorative responses to student behavior—while building emotional intelligence, accountability, and future-minded growth.
We offer support in key areas:
Vaping & Substance Possession
Supportive sessions for students found in possession of vape pens or substances on campus.
Focus: Health education, peer pressure, healthy coping tools, and decision-making.
Behavioral Accountability & Victim Impact
For students involved in disruptive behavior such as fighting, vandalism, or bullying.
Focus: Ripple effects, empathy-building, conflict resolution, and personal reflection.
Staff Development Training
Transformative professional development to help educators understand the emotional roots of student behavior.
Led by John Mead, former Juvenile Detention Counselor with over 17 years of experience.
Program Delivery
All programs are available virtually or in person, led by trained instructors.
Flexible formats range from short intensives to multi-day experiences.
